Using the store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person's information or attempt unauthorized access.

Products, options and prices

Review the selected size, color, pack quantity and item details before ordering. Device settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Any taxes, shipping fees and final total must be shown before payment.

If a material product or pricing error is discovered, we will contact the customer before fulfilling an affected order to explain the correction or offer cancellation and a refund. We will not substitute an item or increase an accepted order total without consent.

Orders and payment

Online checkout is currently unavailable. No purchase can be completed through the paused checkout page. When checkout opens, the available payment methods and order confirmation steps will be displayed before payment.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy describes delivery information and delays. Our Return Policy sets out the 30-day return-request window, eligibility, postage and refunds. These policies do not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
