Destinations, rates and timing

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated dispatch and delivery times will be displayed before payment when checkout opens. Availability depends on the item and delivery address. We do not currently advertise worldwide delivery or a universal free-shipping offer.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any delivery estimate will distinguish order preparation from carrier transit time.

Dispatch and tracking

When an order is dispatched, we provide the shipment details and tracking information supplied by the carrier. A label being created does not by itself mean the carrier has received the parcel.

If shipping is delayed

If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We do not charge a cancellation fee for an unshipped order that we cannot dispatch as promised.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. To request an address correction, email behavegauge65@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
